Kane is charged with three counts of aggravated assault and weapons offenses. He is being held on $600,000 bail.
Three people were wounded in the Feb. 22 shooting at the 93-year-old hotel.
Police say the shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. and was sparked by a dispute during an event at the hotel.
One of the victims was shot in the face, another in the stomach, and a third suffered a graze wound to the neck. All survived.
