Eyewitness News met up with them in Union Square, where they built up a booth offering free fashion advice.
Ever since, they've had a steady stream of advice seekers. They are approachable and friendly, and that makes people feel comfortable asking questions.
They work for tips and set up show about once a week. Their next appearance is in Union Square on Saturday, March 21 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
