Do you realize it could take you five hours to work off just five minutes of eating? It's the calorie reality. Fitness expert Penny Hoff joined us with details. 1.Girl Scouts Tagalong Peanut Butter Patties- 4 cookies
300 calories
That equals 40 minutes of running or an hour and ten minutes of brisk walking.
Healthier option-SUGAR FREE SNACKWELLS SHORTBREAD COOKIES
20 calories
Four cookies would be 80 calories.

2.Sleeve of Girl Scouts Thin Mints
600 calories
That equals running a half-marathon.
Healthier option- if you can't have just one, do not open the sleeve!

3.Starbucks almonds-one pack
500 calories
94 almonds in one pack equals one hour and 5 minutes of hard stairmaster work or a two-and-a-half hour walk!
Healthier option- a more reasonable snack size is 9 almonds, a tenth of a pack.

4.Frozen Margarita
420 calories
That equals an hour spin class or a 90-minute bike ride.
Healthier option-vodka (65 calories per shot) plus a splash of cranberry juice and seltzer (105 calories) or better yet, no alcohol since it reduces will power and increases appetite.

5.Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Cream Cheese
480 calories plus 180 for cream cheese=660 calories
That equals a two-hour bike ride or an hour jog.
Healthier option-four pieces of whole wheat toast with reduced sugar strawberry jam which is 460 calories.
That's still 200 calories less than the bagel.

6. Venti Starbucks Vanilla Frappuccino
560 calories
That equals a 90-minute swim.
Healthier options-Tall Skim Cappuccino is only 60 calories, saving you 500 calories!
