Authorities say five people - including a former Suffolk County lawmaker - face charges in connection with a multi-million-dollar mortgage fraud in New York's Hamptons. District Attorney Thomas Spota says the defendants will be arraigned Wednesday afternoon in Southampton Town Justice Court.
The charges include grand larceny and scheme to defraud.
Spota says the case involves millions of dollars worth of properties in eastern Suffolk County.
Spota says those surrendering for arraignment will include former Suffolk County Legislator George Guldi of Westhampton Beach.
