The inbound upper level of the George Washington Bridge was backed up for hours by a multi-vehicle crash in Manhattan. Newscopter-7 was live over the scene.

Two tractor-trailers and a car reportedly collided in the eastbound lanes of the Trans-Manhattan Expressway just before 5:30 a.m. this morning.

Police say the force of the collision pushed one of the tractor-trailers into a pillar and a divider.

Eyewitness News is told at least one person was injured and hospitalized with neck and back injuries.

Traffic was stopped eastbound, closing the inbound upper level of the George Washington Bridge. Traffic was moving slowly on the bridge's inbound lower level and in the outbound lanes.

Meanwhile, a truck leaking diesel caused massive delays on the southbound Major Deegan Expressway in the Bronx.

The truck reportedly leaked about 20 gallons of diesel fuel onto the roadway north of Fordham Road.

Two southbound lanes were closed, causing delays into Westchester County.
