Woods, 29, was the last of three men tried in the Crown Heights shooting that killed Timoshenko and wounded his partner, Herman Yan, during a routine traffic stop.

The suspects were caught with a stolen SUV and with illegal weapons in the vehicle. Woods was the driver.

Dexter Bostic was previously convicted of aggravated murder and attempted murder days after his co-defendant Robert Ellis was acquitted on those charges. Ellis was convicted on the weapons possession charges.
