It was surveillance video that lead police to one of the two suspects.
Police say Judd and a man in a hooded sweatshirt pushed their way into the Brooklyn bodega last week. They demanded money before forcing Mohammed Mansur Abuzaid and his son, Abdul, down to the basement. There, they were shot to death.

The NYPD received a tip that Judd was involved in the double murder in Crown Height. The convict once served time for raping two young girls at gunpoint.
A source close to the case says Judd now admits to being at the bodega at the time of the shooting, but says he did not fire the fatal shot.
He has not been questioned extensively, and police are still trying to identify his accomplice.
Judd reportedly has a heart condition, diabetes and HIV. He was hospitalized overnight after collapsing on for those conditions.
He is being charged with murder, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police are asking anyone with information on the second suspect to call the NYPD.
