Police say 22-year-old Christopher Clark and 20-year-old Brendon Lawerence, both of Westbury, are the victims.
Eyewitness News is told it began with a call to police about shots being fired.
Nassau police gave no motive for the shootings.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
The Nassau Homicdide squad is investigating and say anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. People who call with information will remain anonymous.
