Police say the woman went to another parking lot nearby. When the man followed to get the keys back, police say Harris hit him with her car and after he got up, she struck him again before speeding off.
The man suffered a head injury and was taken to Stamford Hospital. There's no information on his condition.
Harris is charged with assault, evading responsibility, reckless operation and breach of peace. She's been released after posting bond.
