Four people, including a young boy, were hospitalized following a fire in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn. The fire reportedly broke out inside the Ebbets Field Apartments at 1700 Bedford Avenue just before 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night.

Officials say four people were injured, including a young boy, a security guard and two residents.

They were all taken to the hospital for minor burns.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

The fire happened in a 25-story high rise building at the Ebbets Field Apartments, a massive H-shaped complex built on the site of the former Ebbets Field.
