The traffic agent who was hospitalized with broken legs and a head injury after she was run down in the Bronx by a driver is on the mend. Sabrina Rosada's aunt says the 26-year-old is doing much better.

The NYPD traffic agent is listed in guarded condition at St.

Barnabas Hospital.

Police say the agent was about to write a ticket for a car when the motorist ran to the vehicle, got in and drove over her, crushing her legs.

The vehicle was double-parked in front of the Heavenly Vision Christian Center in Bedford Park. A pastor at the church says the man who's been arrested in the case would never have intended to hurt Rosada. Robert Pinero says: "This guy's like a big baby.

Everybody loves him."

Anthony Grullon was held on $100,000 bail Sunday. He has no listed phone number.
