Lohan denies to Newsday that he made any threats and predicts vindication. His attorney did not return a call for comment Thursday.
He divorced Dina Lohan after a 22-year marriage in 2007. That's the same year he was released from prison after serving nearly two years for attempted assault and driving while intoxicated.
The actress reportedly has no contact with her father.
He's due back in court June 10.
