When police arrived, they found a 2-year-old boy sitting in a stroller in front of the house and his three brothers outside the house. Witnesses stated that the mother, Robin Reese, left her house at approximately 2 a.m.
Reese's four boys, ages, 2, 5, 7 and 8, indicated that they were hungry and police officers fed them and also changed the 2-year-old's diaper.
The officers contacted Child Protective Services. As they were waiting for CPS to arrive, the mother came home at 11:46 a.m., when she was arrested.
Reese, 38, was charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
