NJ Transit bus slams into car

Dozens of commuters in New Jersey got a frightening ride when the bus they were riding in collided with a car. NewsCopter7 was over the scene on Paterson Plank Road near Congress Street in Jersey City at 11:30 a.m. Thursday.

Authorities say the New Jersey Transit bus and the car slammed into each other. The driver of the car was pinned and had to be freed by firefighters.

The condition of that driver is unknown. No one on the bus was hurt.

The cause of the crash is unclear.
