The massive construction of the 2nd ave. subway could be the possible culprit in the evacuation of an apartment building on the Upper East Side. This after inspectors discovered cracks and loose bricks throughout the structure.
The building on 2nd ave, at east 92nd street.
Officials say the damage to the 5 story building may have been caused by construction on the 2nd avenue subway line.
Dozens of residents were told to grab what they could before they were forced out.
