The scene was still very active at 11:00 p.m. with the two dead bodies still on the scene, while one man was taken to Brookdale Hospital.
Residents in the area gathered outside after shooting -- many wondering what happened.
Police said at 8:11 p.m. shots were fired.
Two people were killed while paramedics rushed a third victim to the hospital.
The gunman took off.
Investigators huddled around the crime scene near a grocery store on the corner of Remsen Avenue and Avenue A. They carefully picked up clues to try and capture the killer.
