3 charged with child endangerment on LI

LONG ISLAND Police say they found an unattended 20-month-old boy in the home of 37-year-old Tara Graham. The young boy was covered in filth and human waste, according to police.

Graham, the boy's grandmother, was arrested after police say she was uncooperative and Child Protective Services took the child.

Police determined that two other children were in the custody of Graham's daughter, and located them at a gas station in Wyandanch. According to police, in the car, was an apparently battered 6-year-old girl and a 13-month-old girl who was wrapped in a blanket and buried under debris in the car.

The two adults in the car, 23-year-old Alicia Graham, and her boyfriend 32-year-old Hector Trioche were arrested.

The baby was allegedly beaten, lethargic, and in need of medical attention. Both children were transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center where they were admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.

The two girls are Tricoche's nieces. The boy is the son of Tricoche and Alicia Graham.

Alicia Graham was charged with two counts of Assault 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Tara Graham was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Obstructing Governmental Administration and Resisting Arrest, all Class A Misdemeanors.

Hector Tricoche was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
