In December, police say /*Johan Garcia*/ grabbed a teenager girl from a Washington Heights building before taking her to a motel in the Bronx.
The girl escaped.
Now, police say he followed a Manhattan girl to an apartment, showed her pornography and grabbed her.
She managed to escape, and police arrested Garcia again.
