Mayor Philip Amicone (am-ih-KOH'-nee) said Friday that the report does not mention any systemic civil rights violations or wrongdoing.
However, that still is a possibility. The Justice Department's findings on specific cases have yet to be released.
Last month, a federal jury acquitted a Yonkers policeman who was accused of violating a woman's civil rights. He had been caught on video apparently body-slamming her to a restaurant's tile floor.
