Fire, disturbing discovery at golf course

KISSENA The golf carts apparently caught fire sometime after 1:30 a.m. this morning, and the fire spread to a clubhouse.

The second-alarm fire was quickly placed under control and the cause is under investigation.

Sources tell Eyewitness News that there is video of the fires being set.

"It's really terrible what happened. When I saw all those cars…. they were brand new cars!!!! We just got them we got them about a month ago two months ago when we opened," said Park Ranger Joe DiMaggio.

Golfers can't think of understand why anyone would want to do this. 2.05-2.21 "I've been playing here for 45 years. I used to play with my mother. I've known this place for a long time," said Lynn Laud. She adds, "It's lovely. It's sad that someone would do this. It's such a nice facility".
