Police say the victims, identified as 23-year-old Vance Rock and 19-year-old Darrian Delk, were shot while sitting inside of a parked Chevy Caprice. They were transported to Kings County Hospital, where Rock was pronounced dead on arrival with a gunshot wound to the head. Delk was pronounced dead on arrival with a gunshot wound to the torso.
Police say the two men had been involved in an altercation at the block party earlier in the night.
There are no arrests at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
