MONMOUTH BEACH --A humpback whale was found washed up on the New Jersey shore.
Newscopter-7 was over the scene at Monthmouth Beach Tuesday morning.
Because of the tides, officials say they have to wait until later today to remove the body.
Until then, beachgoers are advised to stay at least 100 yards away from the whale.
