The men were being held a police lockup in Manhattan awaiting arraignment. It was unclear if they had attorneys.
Angela Murray, 30, was arrested last week and is being held without bail on second-degree murder and robbery charges.
Witnesses told police that Murray was talking on her cell phone with Brinkmann on July 29 as she and Aljulah Cutts walked into the lobby of his apartment and Hasib Cutts waited in the car. She handed her phone to the doorman, and Brinkmann told him to let them upstairs. They were later seen leaving through the garage in Brinkmann's car, police said.
Brinkmann was found the next day in his ransacked apartment, beaten and strangled under a sheet in his bed. Investigators found Brinkmann's safe, some of his tax papers and an ID in Murray's apartment. Police said the trio also used his credit cards.
Police said the relationship between Murray and Brinkmann isn't clear. Her relationship to the other two suspects is also unclear, though they lived in the same Bronx neighborhood.
Brinkmann owned the nightclub Adam's Apple and had been working as a building manager in the Bronx. He was a Holocaust survivor sent to Auschwitz.
