New Jersey State Police say a pick-up truck was heading northbound in the southbound express lanes for about a half mile.
The truck hit another vehicle going in the right direction.
The accident happened just south of Exit 117 around 5:20 p.m.
The driver of the southbound vehicle was a pregnant woman who suffered minor injuries.
The wrong way driver was not seriously injured. State Police have arrested him for possible DUI.
A wrong-way crash on the /*Taconic State Parkway*/ in Briarcliff Manor, Westchester County killed 8 people last month.
