Feratovic is charged in the killing of Rachel Jewelers store owner, Xavier Egoavil.
The arrest is the first in the case.
The shooting happened just before 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 18th along Kearny Avenue and Liberty Street at Rachel Jewelers, a family-owned business.
The owner's son, Javier Egoavil, had also been shot several times.
