Arrest in teen's body wrapped in bags

BRONX The New York Police Department says the 23-year-old man is charged with murdering 17-year-old Jamia Hazel, who was a Brooklyn resident.

Officers found her body on Sunday afternoon while responding to a call of possible human remains in the Bronx.

The medical examiner's office will determine the cause of her death.
