Counselors at NY school of shot teen

NEW YORK A 16-year-old has been arrested in the killing of Kevin Miller.

The mayor called the shooting a "senseless act" on Monday and noted that the victim had "his whole life ahead of him."

Police said two teens were arguing on Friday in Queens. One of them pulled out a revolver and fired two shots as Kevin walked past.

Kevin's mother, Donna Greaves, said her son was heading to McDonald's with money she'd given him as a reward for getting good grades and doing his chores.

The high school freshman also was a church usher and Bible study member.
