A high end prostitution ring has been busted in Westchester County, authorities said. Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore announced the arrests after a more than two year long undercover investigation.

The high end call girl enterprise operated both out-call and in-call prostitution services, according to investigators, using more than thirty women over a 29 month period servicing clients in major hotels throughout Westchester County.

Prosecutors have charged, Kenneth Fuina, 59; Shawana Smith, 37; and Genevieve Margaret Peattie, 29, with promoting prostituion.

Investigators said over a more than two year period between May 17th, 2007 and October 7th, 2009, Fuina and Smith owned and operated the prostitution service from their private residences in White Plains, New York.

They recruited, managed and scheduled nearly three dozen women sending them on calls to many Westchester hotels, including the Rye Town Hilton, the Residence Inn in White Plains, the Crowne Plaza in White Plains, the Doral Arrowwood Hotel in Rye Brook, Springhill Marriott Suites Hotel, the Marriott Courtyard and the Marriott Hotel in Tarrytown.

The rates started at $600 and increased to $2,000 with multiple hours available. They then split the proceeds, prosecutors said. According to investigators, they advertised their services in various media, including their own website and on Craigslist.

Fuina, Smith and Peattie were arraigned in White Plains City Court. Bail was set at $100,000 cash or bond for Fuina and Smith.

Peattie was released on her own recognizance.

Fuina and Smith face up to seven years in state prison. Peattie faces a maximum of 90 days in the County Jail.
