Broadway Bodies dance class

NEW YORK Now, you can learn to dance like a Broadway star, and get in a good workout at the same time. And while it may be tough on the muscles, everyone is laughing and smiling the entire time, channeling that inner star.

Romell Ochoa has some funny names for his dance steps, but you put them all together and it looks a lot like the zombie walk from Michael Jackson's Thriller video.

Another snippet is inspired by the Broadway musical Jersey Boys.

Jeff Vilensky, who is not a professional dancer, came up with the idea for the classes.

And you don't have to be a dancer or singer to sign up for Broadway Bodies. You simply have to want to dance.

Molly Tynes helps break down a dance number from the movie Grease. Before you know it, you're Danny and Sandy.

After a little coaching, it's show time. And suddenly you feel like you're a singular sensation.

It's good for the ego, and if you do it enough times, it's a great workout. There's no way you can do this class and not sweat.

Broadway Bodies classes start at $15, and they're held several days a week. For more information, visit BroadwayBodies.com.
