Lucky Stores shopping event

NEW YORK The outfitting is happening at Dress for Success, a non profit that helps disadvantaged women get into the work force.

And with unemployment on the rise, the organization is seeing a greater demand.

But financial donations to the non-profit are down, and that's where you can help by making purchases.

Top designers like Oscar De La Renta, and Michael Kors, have donated clothes and accessories to Dress for Success.

Those items will be sold for 50-70 percent off at Lucky Magazine's annual shopping event with money going directly to the organization.

Plus a portion of the ticket sales for the Lucky Shops event will also go to the non-profit.

One look that would normally cost $1200 retail, at Lucky Shops it's half off.

Buying clothes on sale always feels good but even more satisfying is knowing that the money raised helps women.
