The first robbery happened in Bath Beach at 4:30 in the afternoon and the second in Flatbush at 7:30 in the evening.
In both incidents, the gunmen burst into the store and announced a robbery.
One man guarded the victims, while the other stole money from the register.
No one was injured in either robbery.
