The officers and the two people inside the vehicle were rushed to Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow.
The driver and passenger in the Dodge are in stable condition with head injuries.
One police officer is in stable condition with a leg injury, the other officer suffered just minor injuries and scrapes on his forehead.
Nassau County police say that there does not appear to be any criminality at this time.
The investigation into the crash is however, ongoing.
