1 dead, 1 hurt in Randolph, New Jersey fire

RANDOLPH The fire broke out before noon Wednesday on Carrell Road.

"The Morris County Prosecutor's Office Arson Unit is currently on the scene of a working structure fire located at 26 Carrell Road in Randolph," Captain Jeffrey Paul, spokesperson for Morris County prosecutor Robert Bianchi, said. "We have one confirmed fatality and one fire fighter who was injured as a result of the firefighting operations. The firefighter was transported to an area hospital for treatment."

The victim is believed to be a woman who was trapped inside.
