Man sought in subway assault

QUEENS The incident happened pn Thursday March 4, 2010 at 12:50 p.m.

According to police the two men were located on the mezzanine area of the Seneca Avenue subway station.

The 62-year-old victim was pushed to the ground during a dispute with the suspect. He suffered a broken hip as a result.

The suspect is described as a M/W/45-50 years of age. He is described as being 5'8" tall and was wearing a brown plaid jacket, brown cap, brown pants, and was carrying a black briefcase.

Police did not say what sparked the dispute.
