Bullets hit two of the victims in the leg. The third victim drove himself to the hospital.
None of the injuries are considered life threatening.
Police have not yet released a motive for the shooting.
The suspect is said to be a black male wearing a black Yankees hat, blue jeans and a white T-shirt.
He is described as being about 6-feet tall with a medium build.
Police are also looking for a dark blue Toyota with tinted windows that fled the scene.
