Police said the victim was walking to school when she was grabbed by the suspect and dragged into the rear of a double parked SUV. Once in the vehicle the suspect fondled the victim over her clothing.
The victim was able to escape. The suspect fled the scene in the SUV.
He is described as a black man in his 30s. He is approximately 6-foot tall with a medium build and short black hair.
The vehicle is described as a green with gray paneled 1996-1998 Jeep Laredo Cherokee.
