The accident happened in the waters off Jersey City on Sunday.
Witnesses say a little girl and two men were riding on the Jet Ski when it suddenly tipped over, tossing them into the water.
A man who heard a distress call jumped into his boat and found the victims struggling in the water.
All of them were saved. No one was injured.
It's not clear what caused the Jet Ski to tip over.
