One girl's mother says her daughter was terrified. She says her daughter was approached on the street near her home and attacked by a man who wrestled with her and lifted her skirt at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday night.
When the girl screamed, the man took off.
Police later learned the same man accosted a girl, 13, in the same vicinity just ten minutes earlier. In that case, the girl also escaped unharmed.
Police are examining a number of surveillance videos in an attempt to identify a suspect.
