The burglaries all happened on 90th and 91st Streets between 1st and Lexington Avenues.
Police say the suspect enters the locations through windows off the fire escapes and then removes victims' property.
The burglaries began on May 1st and the most recent was on Monday June 7th.
In each instance, the suspect has gotten away with laptops, cameras, jewelry, and even a bicycle and flat screen TV.
