People in Harlem Saturday celebrated "Juneteenth" also known as "Freedom Day".

The music, floats and dancers were all part of the annual tribute to President Lincoln's "Emancipation Proclamation" which abolished slavery.

President Obama said "Juneteenth" is a great day to party, and reflect on the country's common values and ideals.
