Police say the man caught on surveillance video forcibly touched a 13-year-old girl as she exited an elevator.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic or Black man, age 23-35 years old, 5'8" to 5'11" tall, about 125-140 lbs, and had his hair braided.
He was last seen wearing a striped shirt, dark jeans, and a black doo-rag.
