9/11 museum tourists to be re-routed to NJ?

In a proposal in the works, visitors to the National September 11th Memorial and Museum via tour bus could be re-routed to New Jersey.

The tourists would then be required to ride the PATH train back to Manhattan.

At issue, the congestion around ground zero due to ongoing construction.

Both the Port Authority and Memorial Foundation say they will continue working on the transportation solution for visitors to the site.
