Officers found a 23-year-old on the ground with a gunshot wound to the head.
He pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities later identified him as Jamel Johnson of Brookyn.
A 39-year-old man and a 29-year-old man suffered gunshot wounds to their legs.
Police said they were taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Their names were not released.
