Police say 19-year-old Michael Holland was found shot in the chest Friday night on Third Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say they were able to quickly identify 18-year-old Darius Jackson as a suspect and traced him to home on Howard Avenue.
He was taken into custody by members of the SWAT team without incident. Police say the shooting was an isolated incident that stemmed from a dispute between the two men.
Jackson is being held on $1.5 million bond and is expected to be presented in court on Monday.
