New York City's health department is launching a new ad war against sugary drinks.

The ads, posted at subway stations, show just how much sugar goes into what you drink.

One poster shows 26 packets of sugar pouring into a 32-ounce cup of soda. Another one shows 16 packets in a 20-ounce bottle.

Health officials say too much sugar can lead to obesity, as well as diabetes and heart disease.

The ad campaign follows a very effective effort against smoking and trans fat.
