Man charged with killing half-brother

WATERTOWN, N.Y.

Police charged Michael Booker of Watertown with second-degree murder. They identified the victim as 18-year-old Nathaniel Railing, but didn't say how he was killed.

His body was discovered after a man called Jefferson County emergency dispatchers around 10:15 p.m. Thursday and said his brother was dead.

When officers arrived, they found Railing's body concealed with brush and debris in a wooded area behind the two-story house. Investigators believe he died Tuesday.

Booker was being arraigned late Friday morning in Watertown City Court. No information was immediately on whether he has a lawyer.
