Police say 21-year-old Brian Mendicino of Watertown complained of shoulder and nose injuries after falling from a balcony at Pinney Hall on Monday night. He was reported in stable condition at Danbury Hospital.
Authorities say Mendicino was intoxicated when he fell. Police say he landed on an embankment and rolled down the slope to the edge of a parking lot.
