Robbers posed as maintenance workers

Back on July 11th, police say the two suspects entered a building on 7th Avenue at around 10:10 a.m.

The two men knocked on an apartment door and when a resident answered, pushed their way in.

The suspects showed a firearm and demanded money from the victims.

The robbers got away with jewelry and money from the apartment.

They got away in a waiting black Infiniti G37.

The vehicle was driven by a third suspect, had New York license plates and a Puerto Rican flag sticker in the middle of the rear trunk lid.

The first two suspects are described at Black males, ages 30-40, 5'10"-6'00", 160-180 pounds, and wearing blue maintenance pants and shirts, and tan construction boots.
