Setencing day for officer in deadly DUI

Friday is sentencing day for a former police officer who admitted to killing a woman while driving drunk.

Andrew Kelly has to serve only 90 days behind bars as part of a plea deal, and he started that sentence last month.

He is expected to be out of prison by Christmas.

Kelly pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter for killing pedestrian Vionique Valnord.

Kelly was off duty when his SUV hit the minister's daughter as she left a wedding reception in Brooklyn last year.
