Tuesday is sentencing day for the Somali pirate who led the attack on an American ship off the coast of Africa last year.

Abduwali Muse has pleaded guilty to hijacking the Maersk Alabama and kidnapping its captain.

Navy SEALS rescued the captain, killing three pirates.

Muse could face up to 34 years in prison when he's sentenced in Lower Manhattan.
